We offer personal service for all exchanges and returns. CALL US FIRST THING
Just include a note with your order number stating what you would like for us to do for
you, and we'll start working on it right away. You can request a different size or a
different item. If you are returning the item, please let us know, and we will refund the
purchase price to your credit card as soon as we receive the item in new condition.
Shipping and processing charges will not be refunded.
No authorization numbers, no permission slips, no hoops to jump through. JUST WRAP
IT WELL... MAIL IT WITH THE U.S. POSTAL SERVICE, STANDARD RATE

Carefully wrap your item before sending it to us. KEEP IT PRISTINE
You can take up to 14 days to send your item back to us for exchange or a refund.
The item must be in pristine, unused condition with the TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange or a return if the item is not in new
condition and the tags attached. If you’ve used it, you get to keep it.
If a package comes back to us marked as refused or unable to deliver. We will charge a
25% restocking fee. We will refund the cost of the product but not the shipping.
